Bar is 240cm long and had a diameter of 2.8cm. The outer tubes have special locking lifting handles. The ear places allow for quick replacement of the bar during training. Tension cables are made of φ0.6cm stainless steel wires with turnbuckles for quick adjustment. Bar adjusts from 90cm to 280cm.
